The company’s premises cover an area of 10,000 sqm, consisting of office buildings and a production area organized by assembly lines and logistics. An internal Research & Development department orients and coordinates the project activities in close contact with doctors, therapists, specialised centres and end users, in order to constantly innovate and improve the product features.
The production process is entirely domestic. Long-lasting industrial relations with qualified Italian suppliers ensure that all parts and components comply with the agreed technical specifications. Strict acceptance, in-process and final checks are performed. Along with the product, also the customer-oriented company services are constantly monitored and subject to periodic evaluations between the various departments for defining objectives and performance standards, as customer satisfaction is the company’s first priority.
