One-output ultrasound device with 1 or 3 MHz operating frequency and continuous or pulsed duty cycle. Provided with a self-calibrating, double-frequency handpiece with a 5 cm2 sound head, watertight for use in underwater therapy. A convenient encoder ensures a quick selection of the wave parameters or protocol to be delivered. A sensor allows the energy to be delivered only when there is contact with the patient, sending the operator a visual and auditory feedback. It is possible to access a 50-programme library or to create and store over 50 user protocols. Option to use different diameter heads to suit different therapeutic applications.
