This supports are indicated for spastic patients, and in the most severe cases they are better than any strap. Sometimes the spasticity is so severe that it's almost impossible to adjust the knee fully extended and the knees can be moving flexed position while lifting the table. This support is adjustable according to the knees extension and flexion movements following patellas up and down movement. They are also adjiustable in height and depth. (2 pieces)
