  • Exercise for the recognition of various clasps tilts, while moving the ankle along the antero-posterior axis.
  • Goniometer: it allows to control movements between two segments.
  • Exercise: the patient has to complete the dorsiflexion at ankle during the weight-bearing phase, asking him to wait for the acoustic signal from the goniometer before raising the heel from the ground.
  • Inclinometer: it provides information when the pre-defined angle is exceeded.
  • Exercise: the patient has to reach various degrees of pelvis tilt while trying to stabilize the trunk on the frontal plane.
  • Laser connected to the board, magnifies the ankle movements providing a visual feedback.
  • Weighting tasks: the patient is asked to press on the board to recognize the amount of load placed at the opposite end.
  • Exercise: the main task consists in achieving/identifying the flexion-extension finger positions.
  • Exercise: recognizing the prono-supination positions of the forearm.

This DVD contains instructions for using the LEONARDO modular kit, a system created to control movement and organize therapeutic exercises in rehabilitative process for orthopedic and neurological pathologies.

 

The first part of the video describes the various elements that make up the LEONARDO system; afterwards there is a sequence of exercises, applicative examples of the many possibilities for using the kit.
