Description

 Powered through the mains supply, they have a console that allows the following functions:

  • “Dot Matrix” display indicating Time, Distance, RPM, Dynamic Watts and User Messages;
  • LCD display indicating Heart Beat Chart, Calories, Watts, Charts and Key Function;
  • 6 pre-set profiles customizable by changing the workout in Watt proportionally;
  • 50 free profiles with time and Watt setting for each step;
  • CARDIO: allows to perform a constant pulse training (80% of one’s maximum theoretical heart rate), as the machine automatically adjusts the speed level so the heart beat remains within the set maximum heart rate;
  • FAT BURNING: fat burning exercise is a constant pulse training (until reaching 65% of one’s maximum theoretical heart rate) as the machine automatically adjusts the incline level so the heart beat remains within the set maximum heart rate;
  • THREE TESTS: two auto tests - VO2Max and CWL (Constant Work Level) - allow you to exercise at a constant heart rate or load. The third test, i.e. RUNNER TEST, allows you to exercise with an increasing load by stepping up the load by 1/4 Watt for each kg of body weight;
  • COUNT DOWN: exercise program with decreasing workout duration;
  • DIST DOWN: exercise program with decreasing distance to cover in training;
  • CAL DOWN: exercise program with decreasing calories to burn in training;
  • INDIVIDUAL DATA: setting the user’s individual data (sex, age, weight and heart rate).
