This work aid helps to improve coordination when using both upper limbs by gradually mobilising the shoulder, elbow and wrists while keeping hold of the bar with the hands.
It can also be used by patients with serious lack of strength and resistance. Using the bar, one limb helps the other. This work aid is a favourite among people with spasticity or hypotonicity, periarthritis, shoulder arthrosis or hemiparesis.

The base is made of high quality material, antibacterial, resistant to water and UV rays, intended to last over time. It maintains its aesthetic and solidity characteristics, does not turn yellow, does not discolor, and can be easily sanitized and disinfected after use, even with alcoholic solutions.
It allows stability of the work aid applied on, and is equipped with underneath non-slip rubber tips, which prevent it from slipping on the surface. The rounded edges and the thickness of 15 mm favor a comfortable grip and transferring. In this case it is advisable to fold down the structure.

The structure is in metal painted white with epoxy powders, and it can be adjusted in tilt from 0 to 90 degrees, that means a perfect orthogonality in relation to the base. Two side knobs are used to block the structure at the desired height and inclination.
The pins are a reference and a support to reach at different height levels for upper limbs exercises with the use of a standard supplied bar. The six pins on either long side are equally spaced 8 cm apart with the exception of the first which is at 11 cm height when the structure is fully vertical. The highest pin is at 52 cm height.
The tilt adjustment of the structure can introduce a further progressive difficulty to such exercises by moving it away from the patient.
